Soterra CSI Training
The Soterra System is brought to the marketplace by Certified Soterra Installers (CSIs) who have completed the comprehensive Training Programs. Live, interactive, "hands-on" sessions are offered monthly in various locations. Our Certified Training program includes videotapes of specific applications and regional CSI Roundtable Trainings and Meetings.
Because the Soterra Natural Stone Surfacing System is so unique, it is critical that the Certified Soterra Installers have an in-depth understanding of the Soterra products and range of applications, even though many CSIs have amassed years of experience in the surfacing industry. We not only support the technical aspects (product introduction, fabrication, installation) of the certification program, but we also assist in marketing and operations to ensure the most comprehensive, competitive and competent representation of Soterra.
The partnership among the Soterra Certified Soterra Installers, Surfacing Products International, Wanlong, and the Master Distributors is critical to the success of the respective entities and Soterra.
